How do I place my order?

Simply select your Item on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!

How long will it take to ship my order?

Our typical processing times for most products are as follows:

  • Orders without print-on-demand item(s): 7–10 business days

  • Orders with print-on-demand item(s): 1–7 business days

  • Orders with personalized items: 1–3 business days more to process.

Once processed, your order will be shipped based on the carrier’s delivery service.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.


My tracking number isn’t working

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact us.

I need help with a late order

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international) after shipment, please reach out to us.
We’ll investigate with the carrier and make sure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

And, If your order is not successfully delivered within 45 business days (for Standard and Premium shipping) or 60 business days (for Eco shipping), and no later than 60 business days (Standard/Premium) or 90 business days (Eco), we will be happy to offer a replacement or refund.

When will my card be charged?

Just after your order has been successfully placed.
